Hard to believe that half of 2008 is now behind us. Mileage for June was decent. Overall mileage down from May, but I still managed to get in 236 miles.
Sunny had a great week getting in 23 + miles, awesome work babY!
Shore Run results – While not crazy about my time (43.53 for 6.7 miles | 6:34 pace), I am happy about the top 13 overall finish | 2nd age group finish. It has been a while since I have brought home hardware (award). Feels good. Back to the bigger picture, qualifying for Boston and then preparing for Singapore 70.3 in 2009.
