Running wise 2008, was a great year. Training and racing answered a lot of questions. Didn’t realize I was this fast . Back to back to back 100 + mile weeks didn’t fatigue me it just made me stronger|faster. The running focus obviously cost me fitness on the bike. 2008 highlights:
